DESIGNATION OF PROCESS AGENTS (BOC-3)

Process Agents act as representatives to forward legal or court documents in any proceeding that may be brought against your company. This form BOC-3 list all the Process Agents in all applicable states. MC Interstate Authority applicants are required by the FMCSA to have a BOC-3 with current Process Agents on file and copy kept in you place of business or your authority will not be granted.
